Dear Moms,
 
Are you struggling to stay fit and healthy? Do you wonder how in the world you are supposed to find time to make healthy meals and fit in exercise while raising your family?
 
These are questions I ask myself almost everyday! I am a busy mom of two young girls. Between taking them to school, swimming, church activities, girl scouts; keeping the laundry done, the house clean and the hubby happy….when exactly am I supposed to exercise???? And why isn’t macaroni & cheese a healthy meal????
 
Let’s just say hypothetically you could find time to exercise. Would the next question that came to mind be, what the heck should I do? I mean there is so much information out there. Do this, don’t do that. No wait, I guess you should do that and not this. AHHH! How are you supposed to know what is right?
 
Well, I got tired of all of the confusing information out there for Moms. I wondered, why can’t there be one resource that could answer all of our questions? A place where we could go to learn about what really works, communicate with other Moms about what they are doing, what they are struggling with. A place that has several experts that really do know what they are talking about and can help us be healthy and feel good about ourselves.
 
Since I couldn’t find that resource, I decided to create it! Now we are looking for Moms just like you to be the founding members of this amazing resource!
